Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
- During busy drops or holidays, processing may take a little longer. If so, we’ll share updates on our site or social media.
Shipping Locations
- We ship from the USA (Eastern Time).
- We currently ship to:
- United States
- Other parts of the world (international shipping)
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Orders are shipped with standard tracked shipping (such as USPS or similar carriers).
- Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
- USA: 3–10 business days
- International: 2–4 weeks (varies by country and customs)
- These are estimates only. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs are outside our control.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
- International shipping rates may be higher and can vary by country.
- From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. Any active offers will be shown on the site.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please first check with your household, neighbors, and local post office.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can review and help.
- We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by the carrier, but we’ll do our best to support you.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, VAT, or other charges that may apply in their country.
- These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.
