1. What does MavyandcoCrafts sell?
MavyandcoCrafts creates BTS and K-pop inspired crafts such as standing frames and keychains. Each piece is designed to help fans celebrate their bias, favorite eras, and special memories.
2. Are you officially affiliated with BTS?
No. MavyandcoCrafts is a fan-made shop. BTS and related names belong to their respective owners. We are not officially affiliated with or endorsed by BTS or their management.
3. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship from the USA and offer shipping to:
- United States
- Other parts of the world (international shipping)

4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order has two parts:
- Processing time: Usually 3–7 business days to prepare your order.
- Shipping time:
  - USA: about 3–10 business days after shipping
  - International: about 2–6 weeks, depending on your country and customs
These are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or customs.
5. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and address. International shipping may be higher and varies by country. Any special shipping offers will be shown on the site.
6. Do you accept returns or refunds?
We generally do not accept returns for change of mind or ordering the wrong item. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review and help. For full details, please see our Refund Policy page.
7. What if my package is lost or marked delivered but I can’t find it?
If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please:
- Check with your household and neighbors
- Contact your local post office or carrier
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are marked delivered, but we’ll do our best to support you.
8. Can I cancel my order?
No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please double-check your items, member, and shipping address before completing checkout.
9. Will my item look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to show accurate photos, but small differences in color or details can happen due to lighting, screens, and materials. These small variations are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.
