We want every BTS and K-pop fan to love their order. Because each piece is handmade, please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns and Refunds
Due to some items being handmade and the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or minor variations in color, wear and tear, or placement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If there is a problem with your order, we’re here to help. We will review refunds or replacements if the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Email us at MavyandcoCrafts@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos, and a description.
Lost or Missing Packages
Please check with neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged due to our mistake.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before processing. Once we begin crafting, cancellations may not be possible.
